Processing Time

Because each order is custom-made and personalized, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Party with Franchesca is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
